Terms and Conditions for DJ Services These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms under which DJ Emmy Lee Services (“DJ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) agrees to provide DJ services to the Client (“you”, “your”) for an event. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Booking & Payments

1.1 Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required to secure the booking. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

1.2 Final Payment – The remaining balance must be paid [number of days] before the event or upon arrival at the venue.

1.3 Accepted Payment Methods – Payments can be made via [list accepted methods: cash, credit card, PayPal, etc.].

1.4 Late Payments – Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without a refund.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Client Cancellations – If the Client cancels:

  • 7 days or more before the event: The deposit is retained, but additional payments may be refunded.

  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued.

    2.2 DJ Cancellations – If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

  • Provide a full refund.

  • Make reasonable efforts to find a replacement DJ.

  1. Event Details & Setup

3.1 Access & Setup –

  • The DJ requires access to the venue at least 2 hours before the event for setup.

  • A suitable performance area with power outlets must be provided.

    3.2 Equipment – We provide our DJ equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.

    3.3 Volume & Noise Restrictions – The Client must inform us of any venue-imposed noise limits. If the venue shuts down music due to noise complaints, no refund will be given.

    3.4 Outdoor Events – For outdoor events, the Client must provide adequate cover to protect DJ equipment from weather conditions (rain, wind, excessive heat, etc.).

  1. Music Requests & Performance

4.1 Song Requests – We accept requests but cannot guarantee every song due to time constraints or content restrictions.

4.2 Do-Not-Play List – If the Client provides a do-not-play list, we will honor it unless an exception is agreed upon.

4.3 Performance Time – The DJ will perform for the agreed-upon time. Overtime requests are subject to availability and additional fees.

4.4 Professional Conduct – The DJ reserves the right to refuse song requests that contain offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content based on event type.

  1. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Venue & Permits – The Client is responsible for securing the venue and any required permits.

5.2 Safety & Conduct – The Client must ensure that event attendees behave respectfully toward the DJ and equipment.

5.3 Damage to Equipment – If event guests damage DJ equipment due to negligence, the Client will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

  1. Liability & Force Majeure

6.1 Liability – We are not responsible for any venue-related issues, sound limitations, or event cancellations outside our control.

6.2 Force Majeure – If performance is prevented due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, power failures, emergencies), we will work with the Client to reschedule but are not liable for refunds beyond the deposit.

  1. Agreement Acceptance
